Mobile Clinics

Right after the earthquake, a lot of people were displaced from their homes, lost their ways of lives and some unfortunately got injured.

In response to these urgent needs, U9Cares in collaboration with the Myanmar Medical Association (Upper Myanmar) is supporting the deployment of mobile clinics across 55 earthquake-affected locations in Mandalay. These clinics are vital in rapidly diagnosing injuries or illnesses, administering first aid and trauma care, and offering psychological support to help communities recover. Together, U9Cares provided critical medical care to over 100 patients daily, while also delivering much-needed psychological first aid to those affected by the earthquake.

This purpose-driven collaboration allowed U9Cares to extend it’s reach, combine resources, and offer more comprehensive support to communities in need.

Instant Noodles Distribution

In partnership with CHEMEMAN PLC, U9Cares successfully delivered food to families deeply affected by the earthquake in Mandalay, Naypyitaw and Sagaing.

Through this initiative, 1,000 cartons, equivalent to 180,000 packets of instant noodles were distributed, providing immediate relief to communities in the aftermath of the disaster.

The distribution in Mandalay covered 14 locations, prioritizing the hardest-hit households in temporary shelters and displacement sites.

U9Cares and CHEMEMAN PLC’s collaboration supported beyond differentiation and standing in solidarity with communities toward recovery.
